Suhur Feeding Initiative for Almajiri Communities

While much attention is often given to providing meals for Iftar during Ramadan, we identified a critical gap in support—Suhur, the pre-dawn meal that is a highly recommended Sunnah in Islam. Many vulnerable individuals, especially Almajiri children, begin their fast without having Suhur due to lack of access to food at that early hour.

Suhur Feeding Initiative for Almajiri Communities

WRecognizing this need, we launched a Suhur Feeding Drive aimed at delivering hot, nutritious meals between 4:00 AM and 5:00 AM to Almajiri schools and underserved communities. This initiative not only fulfills a spiritual and nutritional need but also restores dignity and supports the practice of a complete fast as taught in the Sunnah..

Through this effort, we are:..

  • Ensuring children and fasting individuals start their day with strength
  • Promoting the Sunnah of Suhur
  • Reaching communities often overlooked in Ramadan support drives

We believe every fasting person deserves the opportunity to begin their fast with Suhur, and this initiative is our step toward making that a reality—one meal, one child, one community at a time.
